Florida Fishing Tackle Manufacturing Co., Inc. (the "Company" or "FFTMC") is a "retroprise" – a re-formation and re-branding of a Florida manufacturer of fishing tackle that was formed in the 1920's and operated for more than five decades. The Company was formed in November 2009 in South Florida to recapture the value of the dormant brand through recreating a line of vintage fishing tackle and developing new branded lines of fishing tackle and outdoor apparel, principally marketed and sold on the Internet.
